CNC machining on VMC centers up to 20x40 inch work envelope. In-house tool and die shop with 6 journeyman craftsmen and wire EDM. Materials include low carbon steel, high carbon steel, alloy steel, HSLA steel, galvanized steel, spring steel, stainless steel, copper, bronze, brass, aluminum, and tin. Also performs riveting, mechanical assembly, and resistance/spot/projection welding.
