About Bailey Controls
Bailey Controls (formerly Bailey Controls Company, founded 1916) was a Wickliffe, Ohio manufacturer of distributed control systems (DCS) for industrial process automation. Best known for the INFI 90 (Intelligent Field Interface) and Net 90 DCS platforms — widely deployed in power, chemical, oil/gas, pulp/paper, and manufacturing industries. Products included MFP (Multi-Function Processor) modules, digital/analog I/O cards (NRDI, NDIO, NAOI series), communication modules, and operator consoles. Acquired by ABB in 1998; became ABB Automation/ABB Industrial Systems. Legacy INFI 90 and Net 90 systems still in operation; replacement modules widely available from aftermarket suppliers.
