Products: Series 2000 and Series 3000 HVAC controllers, pneumatic thermostats, actuators, valves, gear drives, gear hobbing machines, milling cutters. Divisions included motors (now Merkle-Korff) and industrial turbine controls (now Woodward). Acquired by Siebe plc, then Invensys Building Systems, then Schneider Electric (2006). Barber-Colman brand now held by Eurotherm/Schneider Electric for legacy HVAC parts.
