Founded 1947 in New Jersey. Over 4,000 installations in 60 countries. Systems run chillers overnight during off-peak hours to freeze a glycol solution, then discharge stored cooling during peak daytime hours to reduce demand charges by up to 50%. IceBank Model A tanks serve smaller chiller plants; IceBank Model C tanks serve large buildings and district cooling. Also manufactures Glycol Management Systems (GMS), plate heat exchangers, and TES Completion Modules. Applications include commercial buildings, hospitals, universities, military bases, hotels, airports, data centers, and district cooling. Notable installations at Bank of America Tower (LEED Platinum), Goldman Sachs, Google, Rockefeller Center.
