Manufactures custom precision metal stampings using high-speed Bruderer presses ranging from 30 to 170 tons, with full in-house die-making capability including compound, progressive, form, and draw dies produced with Wire EDM, Ram EDM, and CNC milling. Materials include stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, beryllium copper, phosphorus bronze, cold rolled steel, Kovar, silver, and exotic alloys. Secondary operations performed in-house: de-burring, riveting, drilling, tapping, machining, heat treating, plating, and special packaging. Serves aerospace and defense, food equipment, medical device, electronics, and general OEM industries. ISO 9001:2015 certified, ITAR registered, and NSF/ANSI Standard 2 certified for food equipment.
