Designs and builds custom automation equipment in a 35,000 sq ft facility. Standard product lines include continuous motion multiple-piece assembly machines (up to 1,300 ppm), indexing dial assembly machines (25-150 ppm), continuous motion cap closing machines (up to 550 ppm), and closure lining/cap lining equipment (up to 1,200 ppm). Custom automation capabilities include inline walking beam transfer systems, carousel and over/under conveyor systems, palletized linear servo transfer systems, robotic systems with end-of-arm tooling, high-speed terminal and contact insertion machines, and automated test and inspection machines (vision systems, leak testing, hi-pot, LVDT force testing, spark testing). Assembly methods: snap-fit, interference fit, adhesive dispensing, ultrasonic welding, heat staking, spin welding, screwing, riveting.
